How We Help

We partner with nonprofit leaders to refine strategy, strengthen leadership, and improve organizational effectiveness—providing the guidance, resources, and connections needed for long-term success. Our services are funded by philanthropic dollars (grants) secured through our own fundraising efforts, allowing us to support our clients free of charge. Our work is practical, adaptive, and designed to help leaders build sustainable solutions.

PARTNERING TOGETHER

DIRECT SUPPORT FOR ORGANIZATIONS

We offer advisory support, training, and facilitation to help organizations strengthen their impact and sustainability. Each engagement is structured around a clear plan, tailored to the group’s needs, and focused on building skills leaders can carry forward.

We work with a limited number of organizations for a defined period of time (typically 2–4 months) to address high-priority challenges. We begin by clarifying goals, then collaborate on a focused plan and work side-by-side to ensure steady progress and successful implementation.

Cross-ORGANIZATION Projects

Some challenges require collaboration across organizations. When a high-priority need emerges that aligns with our expertise, we take on a limited number of movement-wide projects, helping to coordinate efforts, align stakeholders, and drive solutions forward.

Because our capacity is limited, we focus on a small number of projects per year, prioritizing initiatives that address a pressing gap in the movement, require coordination across multiple organizations, and leverage our skills in strategy, facilitation, and execution

These projects are typically complex efforts that lack a clear organizational home. In these cases, we serve as project managers, conveners, and facilitators, bringing people together to make meaningful progress.

In some circumstances, we may also be able to provide funding to help organizations access these services, ensuring that leaders get the support they need to succeed.
